Happy New Year!

Yes, its a new year again, and this time I know its gonna be a good one. I don't know how I know, I just do! Its a feeling! I've had it for awhile and I just know that this year is going to be great!

I haven't written in awhile, mainly because I was visiting my parents and using my computer wasn't very convenient. I also was a little short on time, I kept very busy while I was there, seeing a lot of old friends and spending time with family. I had a wonderful holiday. My trip there was decent, the flight was actually comfortable, and I read a book the whole time so the flight went by pretty fast. The flight home was a different story. I finished the book with a couple hours to spare, had already seen the movie and the seat was smaller (the whole plane was smaller!) so I was totally uncomfortable! Glad to home though, my cat really missed me.

Tomorrow I was going to go get my blood test for my thyroid but I realized I have a doc appointment on Tuesday down the street so I am going to wait until then. I am figuring that we will need to up my thyroid meds because after a few weeks on it the achiness and fatigue came back.

My headaches have pretty much gone away, though every once in awhile I will get a bad one, like tonight I have a bad one, think its sinus related. A couple weeks ago I had one that was not sinus related, it was really bad, on the right side of my head and I had a hard time doing anything that day. I guess its something I'm gonna have to live with, though I will mention it to the neuro doc at Tuesday's appointment. I think I will ask for some more tylenol w/codeine because thats the only way to get rid of these bad headaches when I get them, and the only way to sleep when I have them. I got the one prescription back in Oct but there are no refills. I don't want to take them very often because after awhile pain meds stop being as effective and thats the only one that I am allowed to take with the other meds I'm on. And now my head hurts even worse because I am watching dvd's and its making me cry which is making my head hurt even more! I will try to post again tomorrow because I have something else I want to say but my head is pounding, don't worry the the mri showed no growth so I am doing fine just something I am probably going to have to live with, so I am going to bed.
